There is a lot to be thankful for.   The USA has some great traditions – Thanksgiving Day combined with football games – along with some traditions I completely avoid such as shopping on “Black Friday” which is the big shopping day following Thanksgiving Day.   One department store chain in our area – Kohl’s – opened its doors at 4 am to offer its customers a wide range of choices and reduced prices.
